Many Elon students have already chosen Phoenix West as their off-campus living destination! Here's what's going on. Phoenix West is becoming Elon's newest and best off-campus living community for Elon University students. Outside, we have added a spacious outdoor pool, a 24/7/365 12-person hot tub, and a tanning deck above the pool. In our on-site office we are installing a fitness center and offering free tanning to our tenants!

A little background information. Phoenix West consists of 5 remodeled apartment buildings and houses 60-two bedroom/two bathroom apartments, each bedroom with its own bathroom. Each apartment has its own washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. Included in the rent are all utilities! This includes high-speed wireless internet, cable, and HBO!

Phoenix West is also eligible for Commuter Parking Passes. Many other apartments located off-campus in Elon are not eligible for this pass and require other means of transportation to get to campus. Don't have a car? No problem. The Elon Biobus will also be making Phoenix West a part of its route. PW is also Safe Rides and E-Rides friendly.
