Security: For the Elon University student, security is equally important as appearance. Installing 6 ft fencing around the complex will achieve a sense of privacy and protection that is critical for the Elon University residents. Phoenix West will also be installing eight 24/7 video surveillance cameras that will increase and improve the security offered for our tenants.
Swimming Pool: What student doesn’t want an outdoor pool and 12-person hot tub to become part of his/her college experience? Currently, only one other apartment complex for Elon University students offers the comfort and luxury of a pool, Phoenix Villas. Did you hear an IPod docking station will be available at the pool house for all music lovers? An upper tanning deck with layout chairs and outdoor tables will round off the pool area.

Fitness Center: Want to get in some cardio or a quick workout without having to get in your car? Leave it to the Phoenix West’s Fitness Center that offers treadmills, ellipticals, and even a training bike. A matted abdominal section surrounded by mirrors and light free weights allow that quick work out to be possible all right at home.

Tanning Facility: Does any other apartment community offer a brand new and not to mention FREE tanning facility? Contained within the Fitness Center will be a tanning room where tenants will have the option of FREE tanning. Available for the use of tenants only, Phoenix West will be the only student housing community that offers such an amenity to Elon University students.
Volleyball/Basketball Courts: Why not work up a sweat before taking a dip in our swimming pool. A full size sand volleyball court is located right next to the outdoor swimming pool. Across from the pool, test out your crossover skills at our basketball court that will be available for all those Lebron James wannabe’s.
